About Javier

I am a graduate in sports science and in RRLL and HR.
I have worked as a gym instructor at the Club Náutico de Melilla, performing the functions of individual and group personal trainer.
I have worked as a sports camp monitor with children between the ages of 8 and 18.

About the lesson

I base my methodology on closeness and trust, whatever the objective of the interested party. Very inexpensive reinforcement classes
If you want to count as a sports monitor, know that they would be short classes such as Hiit (high intensity intervals) and multifunctional, and always based on own experience
My methodology is to adapt the training 100% to the characteristics of my client, I do not train anyone in the same way or with the same exercises. ADAPT, CUSTOMIZE, TARGET.
