Hi I’m Khadija. I’m a personal trainer and therapist. I have multiple years of experience in training myself and have helped other females transform their minds and bodies, leading them into a healthier and better lifestyle! My 1-1 hybrid training is fun yet effective and whilst training with me, you will gain full confidence in the gym. I specialise in strength training, helping women lose weight or gain weight and build muscle! I provide my clients with a full programme, including a nutrition plan as well as a specialised app which includes workouts, progress tracking, nutrition tracking and more. This means you can train with me in person and online. What is your goal? Do you think you can challenge yourself and achieve it this year?

I’ve been training with Khadija for a couple of months now and she is by far the best PT I’ve had! The blend of challenging but manageable training is a tough one but Khadija has nailed it. I found Khadija through a friend. I previously struggled with going to the gym as I found it very overwhelming and just lacked the knowledge of what to do. Khadija has helped with my confidence at the gym, helping me train and understand how to do the exercises. She helps me hold myself accountable and reminds me of the goal we’re working towards. 10/10 would recommend.
Khadija has been my personal trainer for over a month now and I honestly can't sing her praises enough. She is genuinely so lovely and fun to be around which makes going to the gym feel like catching up with a friend, rather than a chore. She always makes time and is flexible when I need her to be. I have felt a genuine marked improvement in how I look and feel, and I've only just started! I feel so comfortable around her and she is extremely good at positive reinforcement (which I need a lot of because I don't LOVE the gym haha). She created a bespoke workout plan for me as well as a meal plan. She really does go above and beyond. If you are like me and are a bit scared of the gym, Khadija is the perfect helping hand.

She’s welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Her bubbly personality makes you feel less estranged in the gym amazing quality which especially helps women who don’t feel as confident in the gym. I’ve worked with a couple of personal trainers before, but I always struggled because they didn’t understand how PCOS affects my body and training. It left me feeling stressed and drained.
