About Me:
I'm a biology tutor with a deep love for the subject and a proven track record helping students improve grades, grasp complex topics, and feel confident in class. Whether you're in high school, taking introductory college bio, or prepping for a tough exam — I’ve got you.
My Teaching Method:
I focus on conceptual understanding first — not just memorization. I break down big ideas into bite-sized, relatable parts using real-life examples, visual aids, and analogies that stick. Once you understand the why, the how becomes much easier.
I also tailor every session to your learning style — whether you're a visual, auditory, or hands-on learner. We focus on active recall, spaced repetition, and guided practice so knowledge lasts beyond the test.
What a Typical Lesson Looks Like:
Quick Review: We start with a quick check-in on your understanding of the last topic.
Today's Concept: I walk you through a new topic with a clear, step-by-step explanation.
Active Engagement: You'll answer practice questions, build diagrams, or explain it back to me.
Wrap-Up: We summarize key points and make a game plan for next time.
What Sets Me Apart:
I don't just reteach what your textbook says — I help you master it.
I bring energy and creativity to a subject that can feel dry or overwhelming.
I provide study strategies, note-taking tips, and test-prep hacks tailored to biology.
I genuinely care about your progress — I’ll meet you where you are and push you to where you want to be.
Who It’s For:
High school students (AP Biology, Honors, or General Biology)
College students in introductory or general biology courses
Pre-med or nursing students needing bio review or tutoring
Adult learners returning to school who need a refresher
Anyone struggling with bio concepts like genetics, cell structure, evolution, or physiology
Based in Texas
️ Flexible scheduling available – weekend & evening sessions too
Let’s turn confusion into confidence — one cell at a time.
