About Retnam
Hi, I’m Retnam, a certified personal trainer with 13 years of experience. I started out training clients with various physical limitations and quickly realized that one-size-fits-all approaches don’t work. I made mistakes, learned from them, and over time developed proven, experience-based methods that actually deliver results. Now, I focus on helping others overcome their own challenges by using what works and leaving out what doesn’t. My coaching is built around practical, personalized solutions that adapt to each client’s unique goals, lifestyle, and needs.
