About Antonio

Hi, I’m Antonio!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, Sports Performance Coach, and competitive bodybuilder.

My passion for fitness goes beyond lifting weights. I became a trainer because I genuinely enjoy helping people build confidence, improve their health, and accomplish things they once thought were out of reach.

I believe great coaching is about more than giving someone a workout. It’s about understanding their goals, teaching them the fundamentals, holding them accountable, and building a plan that works for their lifestyle.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, or simply feel better in your own body, I’ll help you create a clear path forward.

About the lesson

My sessions are tailored to your goals, experience, and abilities, with a focus on:
