About Chris
As a result of my own personal challenges, I decided that I wanted to help others with theirs.
One of the best things anyone can do for their mental health and wellbeing is to exercise. And that's exactly what I aim to do - to equip people to exercise more frequently and improve their fitness (both mental & physical).
As someone who has lived experience of the challenges of poor mental health, I understand and can relate to many of the difficulties and obstacles that clients face.
And that is often reflected in how I coach - my coaching style is one that is rooted in authenticity, adaptability, and empathy.

My coaching style is relatively unique and not something found regularly within the industry. This style has undoubtedly been moulded by own personal & professional experiences.
My main three values as are:
authenticity, adaptability & empathy.
For that reason, I will always best honest, encourage you, give you 100%, and adapt my approach where necessary to best support you.
I believe that my biggest strength as a coach is my ability to listen & provide a space to talk. All of these things in combination allow me to support & help my clients in a powerful way.
