Graduate of BPJEPS AF and having to my credit a career of professional Handball (16 years of practice having evolved in France and abroad), I currently practice Thai Boxing and Crossfit and group classes. My goal is to transmit the knowledge and passion that I have acquired. I have the desire to share my philosophy of life to help, to get people to incorporate physical activities into their daily lives, help them achieve their sporting goals, while being perpetually in deepening my knowledge.
