My Teaching Approach
My approach is highly personalized and supportive. I design training plans based on each individual’s fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. I focus strongly on correct form, gradual progress, and building long-term healthy habits, ensuring clients feel confident and motivated throughout their journey.
