About Jay
I’m Jay Cee aged 29 I have a level 3 NVQ IN SPORTS AND COACHING. I am a passionate fitness & sports enthusiast. My love of sports started at a young age when I walked into a local kickboxing gym where I developed my calisthenics practices. I carried on my love of sports to gain the essential qualifications needed to coach in sports & now deliver Personal Training services across multiple platforms. I specialise in traditional gym setting exercise, outdoor fitness & Online Coaching. Sessions featuring elements of Boxercise with adding kick strikes, Strength & Conditioning, muscular toning and bodyweight exercises. I understand the enormous mental & physical benefits experienced from developing the transferable skill of discipline within exercise & fitness in our lives! This personal growth & progression is something I am dedicated to sharing with others in my personal training work.
