About Connor
Hi, my name is Connor and my passion is health and fitness.
I have been training since the age of 15 and I have over 10 years of learning from my own mistakes and ensuring a healthy mentality also. I am trained to a Level 3 Personal Trainer standard and combined with my personal experience, I can easily modify and adapt my training style to match each client.
My main passion is weight lifting but I also love swimming, running and learning about new disciplines as I meet new people.
I do not train people to achieve 'transformations' for my portfolio but to ensure you can transform your health in a way which works for you. I offer support 24/7 to ensure you can contact me if you are unsure regarding exercise or if you need that motivation to not fall off the wagon.
I enjoy training people from all walks of life and helping everyone reach their goals. There is no set plan for everyone and I work tirelessly to make sure each programme is right for the individual.

My approach to training people is based upon each client personally. I like to take an active role in their fitness journey and motivate them to achieve their ultimate goal. Sessions typically last for 90 minutes but sometimes can run longer. I have been training people for over 7 years and am qualified to Level 3 Personal Trainer standard. I am happy to train any ability level. It’s never too late to start your fitness journey.

I have been training with Connor for roughly a year and I have seen improvement in my mobility and cardio fitness. I can now happily run a 5k, which before would have been impossible and I feel so much better in myself. A highly reliable and professional trainer. I have been trained by Connor for about 6 months now and my fitness has really improved. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy and learn more about fitness and getting into better shape.
Connor has helped me with exercises and stretches for my shoulder and back injuries. I'm over 60 and thought I wouldn't be able to go walking with the dog again. He has given me an exercise routine that changed that - I am confident and mobile now thanks to his empathy and knowledge.
I have been trained by Connor for a while and I can highly recommend him. As a Personal Trainer, he makes you feel very comfortable and listens to your exact goals. My cardio and strength have both improved considerably and I have never enjoyed fitness as much as I do now. He has so much knowledge and really is passionate about helping his clients achieve their aims.
