About Eliza
I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I want to work with you to achieve your goals and help you to become the healthiest, happiest version of you! I aim to inspire a joy for movement and will leave you feeling motivated and energised after my sessions. I have experience delivering 1-1 personal training sessions as well as group strength and HIIT sessions with (concealed information) I am training as a professional dancer at The prestigious Urdang Academy, as a dancer this gives me a unique skill set as a personal trainer. I can plan a programme based on your specific needs whether that's HIIT classes, strength, sculpting classes, dance fitness etc I have interests in strength and conditioning and biomechanics so injury prevention is at the forefront of my practice.

1-1 PT client packages: 30 min single session -£10 5 sessions £40 10 sessions £70 1 hr single session £20 5 sessions £85 10 sessions £160 Personal training includes advice on exercise outside of our sessions together but if you would like a written workout programme, in line with your goals, see prices below: 1 workout programme lasting 30 mins £5 5 workout programmes, each lasting 30 mins £20 10 workout programmes, each lasting 30 mins £40 1 workout programme lasting 1 hour £10 5 workout programmes, each lasting 1 hour £38 10 workout programmes, each lasting 1 hour £65 They can be anything from strength/resistance training, HIIT/cardio, sculpt/barre fusion, Stretch/flexibility. You can also request a split e.g 1 glutes and abs focussed programme. They will all include a warm up and cool down.
