I have been working with Jalyssa for 4 months now! When I first started I was under eating and wondered why I wasn’t gaining muscle. 4 months later not only do I feel amazing, I LOOK AMAZING! She is caring, attentive, and always there when I need her. We have weekly calls where she answers all my questions. I train with her on the everfit app.
