About Malavika
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry, and I’ve built a strong foundation in most courses of the Biological Sciences, and Math from Algebra to Calculus. I completed both Bio 1 and Bio 2 in my college career, and have years of experience breaking down tough concepts into manageable and easy-to-understand ideas through tutoring Algebra 1.

Hi, my name is Mal, and I’m here to help you succeed in your academic journey!
From August 2022 to June 2023, I volunteered as a tutor at Junior Geniuses Tutoring, where I helped students transform their study habits and master challenging topics in Algebra. I designed personalized practice problems and tests to focus on their unique struggles, and I’m proud to say that all of my students improved their grades significantly, often progressing from lower marks to earning A’s!
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure, don’t worry—I’ve been there. My teaching style is all about patience and creating a space where you feel supported and comfortable asking questions. Whether it’s Biology or Algebra, I’ll work with you to make learning less stressful and more enjoyable.
