About Ben
I am a student at Concordia with a specialization in psychology and a minor in music. I am currently pursuing a career in music therapy. I was taught most of what I know by my parents who are both musicians specializing in Gypsy Jazz. I aim to teach what I know about guitar mastership while focusing on using ones ear. My goal is to have a student be able to figure out how to play a song just by listening to it.

Ear training can be very intensive and very frustrating and although I believe I am aware of how difficult it might come across, I hope to establish a reasonably disciplined learning curve without the task becoming too overwhelming. The program will most likely vary for everyone but in any case the program will require a good amount of practice and training. Of course I'm perfectly happy to take a more standard, theory driven approach as well.
