About Aleksandrina
I know what it feels like to be the person who doesn’t feel like they belong in the gym—because I used to be her.
At 16, my first gym experience was petrifying. I saw the gym as a masculine space where I didn’t belong. I felt clueless, unsupported, isolated and convinced everyone was judging me. Whether they actually were or not, that feeling stayed with me for a long time.
It took courage to step back into the gym and eventually discover that training wasn’t about anyone else.
It was about taking care of myself, for myself.
That experience is a big part of why I became a Personal Trainer.
I want to be the reassuring person I wish I’d had when I first started. Someone who helps you understand the gym, trains with you without judgement, and builds your confidence one step at a time.
My goal isn’t just to make you stronger. It’s to help you feel comfortable, confident and at home in the gym.

I’m a Level 3-qualified Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor in Edinburgh, helping beginners build strength, confidence and a body they feel good in through personalised training.
My focus is strength training and body recomposition, alongside strength & conditioning, corrective exercise and endurance.
I also deliver high-energy dance fitness classes for groups of up to 20.
No complicated programmes. No judgement. No one-size-fits-all approach.
