My name's Max. I have an extensive background in sport and fitness. I’ve been coaching for 6 years with a background in Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, competing at a national level. I’m easygoing, love a chat, and I take great joy in helping people in any capacity.
