About Alex
Helping people get the body they want and seeing the way it gives them confidence is what inspires me to do what I do.
I've been a certified trainer and been training in-person for almost 5 years. In the last 18 months I've started my online training programme, to help me reach out to even more people and start them in their fitness journey.
We live in a world now where we have access to so much information when it comes to dieting and training , yet we seem to be more lost than ever before. This is because everyone tries to sell that they have some "secret recipe" when it comes to weight loss. The truth is there is no magic pill or a certain type of training that will give you results, it's about picking the one that suits you and the style of training and dieting that you can stick to.
For me, working with a client is exactly that: working "WITH" them. I don't believe in a "my way or the highway" approach. If there are types of training that you enjoy, a type of food that you can't live without, I'm here to help you incorporate all of those things within a plan that will get you to where you want to be.

Everything we do is based around the goal of my clients. Each client also has their own unique goal. That's why the programmes I design for my clients are all done completely from scratch and are fluid, meaning we will adjust and makes changes as we progress to make sure we optimize our programmes together.
There is no secret to changing our body, but the execution and staying consistent is. I'm here to give my clients the tools to do so by giving giving them:
1. Training Programme
2. Lifestyle Changes: Daily non-negotiables, activity levels in and outside of the gym.
3. Food Guidance: Dietary & Nutrition advice, supplement advice (if at all)
4. Access to training app where all programmes are provided, as well as data-tracking.
