I am a passionate chess enthusiast and recreational player with over 25 years of professional experience in sales, leadership, training, and mentoring.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping people develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals. I also have experience teaching jump rope, which has strengthened my patience and ability to guide learners of different ages and abilities.
I believe chess is more than just a game. It is a wonderful way to develop patience, discipline, concentration, and critical thinking.
Although I am not a professional chess master, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with children and beginners.
My goal is to create a friendly, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment where students can develop their chess skills, gain confidence, and discover the joy of playing chess

About the lesson

My chess lessons are designed for children and beginners who want to learn the game in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
I focus on teaching chess fundamentals, opening principles, basic tactics, checkmate patterns, and simple strategies to help students improve their skills.
My teaching approach emphasizes patience, encouragement, and practical exercises. Beyond learning chess, I aim to help children develop concentration, confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
I welcome complete beginners and developing players with Chess.com ratings of approximately 200–600.
Lessons are available online or face-to-face, with activities tailored to each student's age, experience, and learning pace.
