About Jay
I didn't always love training, in fact I hated it. I started off in karate where I was in the national team and a brown belt at 6-8 competing at world championships. But then I gave that all up to pursue my passion of football. But as I grew older I was improving but my physique and strength were not growing with it. That's when I discovered the gym and NO I didn't enjoy it. But I pursued and after years of training that same teenager who was once insecure and lacked confidence has now helped 100's improve their physique and redefine themselves.
