Welcome to My MMA Training Program. I am excited to share my passion for Mixed Martial Arts through personalised lessons tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. My teaching methodology focuses on a holistic approach, combining practical techniques with a strong emphasis on mental discipline and fitness. I incorporate a blend of striking, grappling, and self-defence techniques, ensuring that students develop a well-rounded skill set. Each session is structured to promote technique mastery, while also encouraging adaptability and strategic thinking. Each lesson typically lasts one hour, providing ample time to cover essential techniques, drills, and conditioning exercises. I believe in maximising each training session to ensure students walk away with tangible improvements. I bring over 5 years of experience in martial arts. I’m currently training full time and also fighting. My lessons are designed for individuals of all ages and skill levels—from beginners looking to learn the basics to experienced fighters aiming to refine their techniques. Whether your goal is self-defence, fitness, or competition, I am here to support and guide you on your martial arts journey.
