About Zoey Hughes
I am a former level 10 gymnast, and I did gymnastics for 10 years. I have a great passion for the sport and would love to share that with others! I competed in state and regional competitions, and I have practiced in both Oregon and Arizona. Due to multiple injuries, I had to give the sport up, but gymnastics will always hold a special place in my heart. I have always loved coaching and seeing my gymnasts succeed.

I believe that to be a good coach you must be patient, encouraging, kind, and always put safety first. We will work on our form through drills and conditioning (if needed, if gymnast is young, we won't do much conditioning). We will go over basic and/or advanced skills, and most importantly, we'll have fun!!
