I am a fitness instructor who is will looking to help those who wish to know more about the industry and also want to get in shape. I believe that being fit and getting in shape is not just about losing weight but toning, gaining a bit of muscle and most importantly feeling good on the inside.

So what I do is to first find out where my clients’ health lies, so we can also have that in mind while training. I do high intensity training, Pilates, bootcamp, aerobics and weight lifting. This will also depend on the client’s goal
