My name is Coenraad van Niekerk and I am a qualified fitness trainer and qualified gym instructor. I can assure you are in the safest & most capable hands during each lesson. I have always had a huge passion for fitness too. I specialise is functional training, weight loss, bodybuilding & toning.
I am here to help you reach your goals but the main goal will always remain a focal point: To become a better version of yourself!

1 on 1 and online fitness training and Cross Training lessons. Online (Zoom) lessons are great for following Covid-19 protocols.
All lessons are goal orientated. First lesson/consultation is free of charge where we will spend some time to get to know each other and discuss what your goals are.
Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up put on some muscle, increase overall muscular and cardiovascular fitness or just simply learn how to become more mobile by stretching better - this is the place to be.
The main goal is to simply become a better version of yourself!
