I am a student at NMU university in SA. I have competed at the provincial level in School Sports, and now coaching school sport as well. I got into bodybuilding 5 years ago and have never looked back since. My passion is helping people reach their goals!

The approach I take is very individualistic. I believe everybody is different and needs to be trained differently to excel on a personal level and reach their own personal goals. I believe training is an essential to everybody’s life, but I think it all comes down to diet. Abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen!
