About Rodrigo

I am a medical student in the 5th year of my degree. I have been training for more than 10 years natural bodybuilding and I know both the physiological and mental keys to gain muscle mass, strength and ultimately, form habits to enjoy health and a good quality of life.

About the lesson

My classes provide tools for students to achieve their goals in terms of the body they want to have. I will teach key elements related to nutrition, exercise technique and necessary mindset. The classes include a theoretical and practical part where I will guide a "full body" or full body training.
