Hi, my name is Aarushi Thakkar. I teach brain yog, pranayama, and breathing techniques, modern workout, ancient yoga, etc. If you want to get hold of your breathing and learn brain gym, then we have very good mudras and techniques by which you can reach bliss and relaxation

About the lesson

Class is all about being aware of your body and shaping it the way you want by doing different exercises like Plyometric, Isometric, isotonic, circuit training, yoga and a lot more. You will be taught to control your breathing, regulate your mood and different variations of Pranayama. Also, Yog is an amalgamation of body, mind, and soul and hence it is essential for a person to keep upgrading and reforming themselves in day-to-day life. There is a minimum class package according to which classes are taken. Thank you.
