About Anthony
I, enjoy seeing all our clients get better within every workout.
I, am Founder/Private Personal Trainer of ACG Fitness; born and raised on the South-side of Chicago. Graduated from High School in 1995 and made my way to Huntsville, Alabama where I attended, Alabama A&M University. It is at Alabama A&M where I started his mission of living healthy and staying fit. I, not only played wide receiver and tight end for the Bulldogs football team, but also excelled in running the 100 & 200 meter dash for the A&M track team. While at Alabama A&M, I started to develop a training system and techniques, which are still successful till this day. I, graduated in 1999 with a degree in Health Physical Education/Exercise Science, then soon took my passion & dedication for fitness to Dallas, TX. Here I served as a private personal trainer, gym manager, and motivational coach for the past 15 years.
I, have been a personal trainer for over 25 years and can't wait to help you transform your lifestyle, self image and help you achieve all your health/fitness/body goals.

I've been an athlete my entire life, so it's was second nature.
