About Joe
I am a movement specialist, parkour coach, and personal trainer with over 10 years of coaching experience. I have my own gym in Worthington, Ohio.
I have tuaght in the United States, Canada, and the UK. I've worked with clients of all ages and abilities, from professional athelets to young children with disabilities, and septuagenarians looking to increase flexibility and resolve daily aches and pains.
At our gym we do not use machines, instead we use free weights and body weight training. My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals whether that be to feel better, to look better, or to move better.
What i enjoy seeing the most is when my clients acomplish something they never thought they would, whether that be their first pull up, their first six pack, or their first backflip. It's an awesome experience.

I start with a informal meet & greet to get to know the student and to understand their goals.
Then we schedule a free assessment. I use the assessment to establish a baseline for program design
I've worked with students of all ages and abilites. To name a few... I've worked with professional athletes, young kids with disabilities, and septuagenarians looking to increase flexibility and to resolve daily aches and pains.

Joe has been training me in a general exercise program for some time. I've been impressed with the program and with the quality of Joe's instruction. The program is comprehensive and well designed. It's clear some real thought has been put into it. More importantly, Joe's instruction is exceptional. He communicates well and any comments or corrections are always made in a positive and constructive manner. He knows what he's talking about and how best to say it. I've had a number of fitness trainers over the years but none has had the combination of professional knowledge and instructional skills that Joe has.
