About Sathees
I am a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in non-formal education and a passion for empowering communities, particularly within the B40 demographic. With a degree in Political Science from The National University of Malaysia (UKM), I have honed my skills through diverse roles, including Academic Researcher, where I explored Generative AI and Machine Learning.
Currently, as a Digital Skills Trainer at SOLS Foundation, I focus on developing innovative workforce programs that uplift underserved communities. My projects, such as the Skills Hub and Rakyat Digital in collaboration with IBM, aim to provide essential digital training and professional skills to government civil servants, corporate employees, higher education students, and indigenous communities.
I have developed immense and worthful skills to empower the community such as Digital training (Digital tools and digitalization for students and workplace), Professional skills (Workplace troubleshooting, resume crafting, finding a perfect job, Professionalism at work and etc.), Soft Skills (Assertive Communications at work professionally), Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals, Generative AI, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Data Essentials, Agile Explorer, 3D Printing, Business Professional Modules, Effective Presentations, Constructive Feedback and many more corporate modules. My audiences are Government Civil Servants, Corporate Employees, Higher Education Students and Indigenous Community.
I believe in creating impactful learning experiences that go beyond traditional methods. My goal is to foster critical thinking and adaptability in our rapidly evolving world. I am passionate about collaborating with others who share the vision of empowering society at every level.

Learning with me will have you to do various activities to engage real time scenarios and case studies to understand the concept of each module. More than a lecture, sessions with me will enhance and uplift learning in a fun and effective way that we dont get in school or colleges. Lessons focuses on people who are interested in Digitalization (Digital Nation) modules and courses from all ages which will prepare us for the future. I have a vast experience in training university students, government civil servants and public people in projects. Every lesson will be 1 hour 15 minutes every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 10AM - 11:15AM, 12PM - 1:15PM, 3PM - 4:15PM, 5PM - 6:15PM and 7PM - 8:15PM.
