I'm a fitness guru. best way to describe me I guess. I'm 19, go to 2-3 hour sessions at the gym for four days a week. keep a strict diet plan and Somewhat of a fashionista. I also have clients which I personally train at the gym I go to which I do on my off days.

This is because we also need to understand the basics and foundations of what it is that you're actually doing, because if you feel you've hit a limit, you'll easily be able to overcome that barrier in no time and reach your desired goals.
