About Pragathi R
I started Zumba training a year ago and I have seen the change in myself. I was never feasible with dance and hence hesitated to try Zumba. But once I started, I just enjoyed the music, the sweat, and the results. And today I'm here trying to teach Zumba for all the interested ladies and children out there. This is a great deal of exercise which one can enjoy without having to lift any weights.

The teaching method will be individual if you hesitate to dance in a group, or it will be a group class if you love to dance with your peers.
