About Kayleigh
I am a first year University Student studying Childhood and Youth Studies. I have been volunteering with young people suffering from Mental Health Conditions and I am offering lessons to support other young people who may be going through difficulties with their emotional wellbeing and mental health.

I can give lesson any evenings but also weekends as well. I am not a qualified counsellor but I am a friendly face who gives as many lessons as you require on different coping strategies that may help your needs. I can offer 2 lessons weekly for 6-10 weeks and then review how you feel and then if necessary. I structure my lessons on supporting your needs and supporting you in your every day life.
