I am an elite rugby player and international coach currently working for a team building company. I am a qualified teacher, rugby coach, nutritionist, and youth strength and conditioning specialist.
I’m passionate about coaching and mentoring, and keen to help support young people develop a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
