For over 15 years, I've lived this holistic path myself – and for more than 10 years, I've been professionally sharing my knowledge with others.
I combine in-depth expertise in sports and nutrition with personal development and empathy. With me, you won't get one-size-fits-all plans, but rather honest, supportive, and direct guidance on equal footing. I'll help you cultivate the connection between body and mind and build genuine well-being from within.

We sustainably change thought and behavior patterns so that healthy eating and exercise are no longer a chore, but happen naturally. Flexible & location-independent: Whether it's one-on-one personal training, online coaching, customized training and nutrition plans, or ongoing support via messenger/email—we adapt the format to your life.
Comprehensive assessment:
We begin by analyzing your current situation, your goals, your daily routine, and your health status.
Process & Support:
A training session or coaching session lasts 30, 60, or 90 minutes, depending on your goals.
