About Jerome
I am an OCT with qualifications in Primary, Junior, Intermediate, Senior, Special Education, Co-operative Education, Guidance and Career Education. I hold additional teaching certificates in Adult Education, TESL and IELTS and currently completing my Master of Education degree with an end goal of earning my Doctorate in Education. My current roles include teaching for multiple Ontario school boards and teaching as a Provincial College as a Professor.

The philosopher Plato thought of education as a means to achieve both individual and social justice. According to Plato, individual justice can be obtained only when each individual develops his or her ability to the fullest. I also believe there is a grander purpose of education in a society. I consider education as a pivotal driver of change, advancement, and equality in society. I believe students learn best with a teacher that creates a warm, caring, fun and supportive environment where they always feel comfortable.
