Having a unique teaching style is vital in delivery of a subject, I deliver my lessons once determining learners strengths and weakness, I then start adaptation process and learn how individual adapts to new material and content. Determine what challenges they face.Build a rapport with your learners to increase your communication levels and confidence, I strongly believe in repetition, repetition is key for the brain to understand and develop existing and new methodological that is given. I ensure learners always feel confident and work collectively together. Providing reassurance is another key factor in my teaching methodology.
Flashcards, group exercise, theory, repetition and practical assessments I take into consideration when determining the learners progress. To track progress, I provide homework and practice papers for the learner to complete independently.
