About Hans
Life coach/motivational speaker/yoga trainer for over 20 years. Also a published author, poet, linguist, and engineer. My work blends modern research in science (especially neuroscience) and management, with universal spiritual truths of all faiths as well as certain yoga-meditation principles and techniques. Have trained/coached tens of thousands from several countries. My current work is online.

My life coaching work is one to one, because each individual is unique. Certain basic principles are universal, no doubt, but each soul has a different background, different needs, strengths and challenges. Certain physical exercises, breathing techniques, values and perceptions for self-motivation, attitudinal re-engineering, habit auditing and most importantly, daily meditation together form the methodology. The approach is spiritual but free from any religious dogma or bias. The work is done online.

Life coaching by Hans sir is life changing. I took his lessons for more than a year and later my wife & parents joined his training as well. The sessions were on holistic body-mind-soul wellness. The coaching was spiritual as well as scientific, and it included yoga-meditation and several other things like principles of self-motivation, stress and conflict management, value-based positive perceptions, etc. The sessions actually helped us all greatly in being healthier, happier and more fulfilled.
