About Miguel
In addition to the traditional one-hour classes, I provide half-hour online classes, ideal if you have a busier schedule. You get the same amount of class time, practicing more frequently.
After taking my TEFL / TEYL certificate, I spent the last 5 years teaching online classes.
I believe in a relaxed teaching environment, in which the student feels comfortable when learning and learns while talking about subjects that interest him.
To make this possible, I adopt a friendly attitude and make the lesson plan according to the student's interests and needs.
Ensuring that learning is natural and that the subjects are useful are two of my biggest goals when teaching.

My English has been perfected by regular contact with natives living in Portugal. This daily experience made my English fluent and natural, thus becoming my second language during my adolescence.
After finishing high school, I took the TEFL course which certifies me as an English teacher for non-native speakers. I used this certificate to dedicate myself to online teaching, an activity that I have been performing for five years.
I am currently completing my degree in translation. This experience has been very useful to deepen my linguistic knowledge.
