About Alexis
Well I’ve been playing volleyball since my freshman year of high school and I’ve been hooked ever since. I led my team to my school's first semi-finals. Afterwards I tried out for my college's volleyball team and was awarded Rookie of the Year despite only being 5’8. Afterwards my junior I awarded MVP for my school and despite being young and still learning till this day (which I value)

I know how it feels to start from zero at a sport. I come from a home where athletics was not really taken seriously. So starting out on my athletic journey with volleyball and basketball I started from zero with little to no guidance. I know how it feels to feel lost and being overwhelmed not knowing where to start. I had to self-teach basically everything I know about the sport, and trust me I’ve spent countless hours on drills and exercises which I had no idea what I was doing. I want to help others by implanting all the lessons and hardships I’ve learned and how you can improve as a player with consistent results
