"I am your yoga and Zumba trainer. I have a strong background in sports, having played kabaddi at the national level. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) from IGIPESS, Delhi University. My goal is to help you become physically and mentally fit through a combination of traditional yoga, energetic Zumba sessions, and a disciplined approach inspired by my sports journey."

In my classes, we focus on building a strong body and a calm mind through a mix of yoga, Zumba, and fitness training. Each session is designed to improve flexibility, strength, stamina, and overall well-being. We start with warm-ups, move into dynamic or traditional yoga asanas, fun and energizing Zumba movements, and end with cool-downs and breathing exercises. My aim is to make every class enjoyable, effective, and suitable for all fitness levels."
