About Norma
I obtained my Wheel of Yoga teacher's qualification in 1987. It was two years' study, 25 essays, two teaching practices and a final class assessment. Since then I have taught extensively in a huge variety of venues... village halls, sports centres, even a bar! It is of paramount importance that yoga is taught... not “can you force yourself”, no judgement, no showing off, just breathing, concentration and most importantly, relaxation. I now teach exclusively on Zoom on Tuesdays 6-7 pm. Recording available if a different time would suit.

My classes are different each week. Each session will involve yoga postures (all levels... even in a chair), meditation, breathing, relaxation. This is not a workout class, it’s a yoga class. Suitable for everyone. A young fit person will feel stretched and learn the principles of yoga asana (postures). An older or less fit person will still have the yoga experience.
***Only zoom classes available ** every Tuesday 6-7 pm
