About Ayushi
I am Ayushi Mahalwala. I have been teaching yoga since 2017. During this time I have lived in yoga ashrams and learned the most authentic and traditional forms which use yoga not just as a means to achieve a fit body but also to reduce stress and achieve inner peace. I also teach pranayama as a means for spiritual growth and I also teach yoga philosophy.

Each yoga class is designed according to the students body type and requirement. I generally include sukshma vyayam (gentle movements), surya namaskar (yogic warm up), yoga asana (yoga postures) , pranayama (breathing techniques) and deep relaxation in each session. Although things can be modified according to student's need. 1st class is used to understand student's body in terms of strength and flexibility and accordingly further sessions are planned.
