About Priyank
Namaste My name is Priyank, and I am a dedicated yoga teacher with over 5 years of experience guiding students through diverse yoga practices, including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. I hold a Master’s degree in Yogic Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Science, both from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, which deepened my understanding of Ancient, traditional Yoga and its modern application as per present time. My yoga journey began during a very challenging phase of my life. As a passionate athlete, I had the honor of participating twice in State-level athletics competitions. Unfortunately, a serious knee injury forced me to undergo arthroscopic surgery, and even after recovery, I faced a second injury 16 months later. These setbacks ended my athletic career and left me emotionally devastated. During this painful period I discovered the transformative power of yoga as a complete system for healing the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga helped me rebuild my strength, confidence, and purpose. Today, I am committed to helping others experience the same healing and balance through their own yoga practice. I work with students of all ages and levels, offering yoga for therapy, fitness, stress relief, and overall holistic well-being. Whether you are facing a physical challenge, emotional stress, or simply want to stay healthy, I welcome you to join my yoga session on mat.

I teach yoga through a balanced approach that includes both yoga therapy and fitness-based sessions, customized as per individual, group needs and their age. My classes integrate diverse yoga styles such as Hatha Yoga Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow. I combine poses (yogasanas), breathwork (pranayama), mudras, bandh (energy lock), relaxation techniques and meditation techniques in my yoga sessions to foster holistic wellness. I specialize in yoga therapy for various health issues including back pain, anxiety, depression, cervical spondylitis, OCD, hormonal imbalance, PCOD, digestive disorders, and more. At the same time, I also help healthy individuals to improve flexibility, strength, stamina, endurance and mental focus through structured fitness yoga sessions. My goal is to guide each student toward holistic wellness — physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually — through a practice that is safe, personalized, and sustainable.
