About Iris
I am a RYT300 yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin yoga. I am also a certified transpersonal coach. I like to encourage my students to explore their movement, connect with the body and mind during our classes. If you're looking build strength and flexibility, destress and generally improve your wellness, I'd love to work with you!

I like to build on a good foundation of yoga, covering breathing techniques, postures and meditation.
The session will be designed based on your experiences. I'd also like to understand where you are in terms of your physical and mental states, and design sessions to help you feel better.
