About Laura
I have practiced yoga personally for over 20yrs and have been teaching for 3yrs since gaining my teaching qualification in Rishikesh, in India. I teach a regular class with yogis from all genders, age groups and experience levels but am happy to provide more individualised plans for greater mental and physical health.

Perfect! Laura was great she had to work around my injuries find ways for me to do the yoga Laura done this for me she gave me an experience with yoga that has given me inspiration to carry on she was so friendly made you feel at ease she did not make you feel uncomfortable if you could not do some of the positions highly recommend Laura fab instructor

I have attended many classes led by Laura and I find her to be an excellent teacher. She gives full and clear explanations of each pose and will also walk around the class giving one to one guidance. I feel confident in class under her instruction and would highly recommend her.
Laura tailored sessions for me when I had hurt my back in order to strengthen and give more flexibility- worked a treat.
I went back to her in order to get exercises to use after I’ve been running and they have also been working wonders.
I would highly recommended Laura as her knowledge and personality is excellentCan’t recommend Laura’s classes enough. A great instructor who takes the time to explain and demonstrate the various yoga poses. Found the classes to be friendly and sociable too
Laura makes you really feel at ease and is really good at explaining moves and flows
Laura is a patient and nurturing yoga instructor who has a lovely, warm, welcoming manner. She’s technically adept and designs routines dependent on your abilities and requirements for each session. I would highly recommend Laura for classes or one-to-one sessions.
