With a professional certification and a deep passion for mindful movement, I want to guide students through accessible, beginner-friendly practices that focus on breath, balance, and self-awareness. My goal is to help you feel confident, present, and at ease in your body no matter your age or experience level.

I teach beginner-level to intermediate-level yoga with a calm, supportive approach that welcomes all ages and abilities. My classes focus on building body awareness, flexibility, and breath connection through simple, accessible movements. I often incorporate gentle flows, mindful stretching, and guided relaxation, adapting poses to meet each student’s needs. A typical lesson lasts 45–60 minutes and can be tailored for individuals or small groups. I'm pursuing a yoga teacher training program. I'm always aspiring to create a safe space where students can learn at their own pace and enjoy the journey.
