About Tori
I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher, having studied in India (the motherland of Yoga) I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now, and this is only just the beginning of my lifelong yoga journey.
I have also undertaken Trauma Sensitive teacher training, benefiting those how have suffered from the repercussions of trauma, whether that be emotional, physical, etc. This enables me to provide the most nurturing and safe class possible, catering to everyone.

No one is "not flexible enough", "not strong enough" or "too busy" - yoga is a practice, not a performance. My approach to teaching is guiding my students to nurture their own practice, for their own body, mind & spirit. I believe yoga is for everyone, you just need to find the right teacher!
