About Agathe
My name is Agathe and I am a Yoga teacher in Vinyasa and Hatha as well as a Personal Trainer. My background has allowed me to specialize in Well-being to help my clients progress and feel good in their bodies and minds through working out and practicing Yoga.
I can either teach in French or English as i completed my Yoga Teacher Training in English in Bali and lived as an international students for Two Years in England and Canada.
My goal is to help my students align Body, mind and soul while respecting their limits and accepting where they are.

I teach Yoga Vinyasa and Hatha classes in Aix-en-Provence and around. I was trained in Bali and Barcelona and Lived in London and Canada so I can provide my classes in English.
Those classes will be adapted to your needs, abilities and any injuries you might have. My goal is to help you feel good and at peace in and out through movement.
I offer Hatha classes, the traditional yoga that will allow you to take time to align your body on each postures and find your balance or Yoga Vinyasa which is a more dynamic and links movement to breath.
