About Marcela
I have been practicing yoga for 6 years in different schools around the world, I did my first teacher training (teacher training) in the United States where I specialized in the Ashtanga style. 3 years ago I decided to specialize in Pilates to do more interesting classes incorporating other movements. When I arrived in Santiago, I continued my learning in different academies that have helped me expand my knowledge.

For me the most important thing is to focus on the needs of my students. We adjust each practice so that it is an integral experience, body and mind for each student. We start by looking at the level and talking about injuries or discomforts they have and then compose a class that helps them feel better and at the same time get out of a comfort zone to train our body. We also work on breathing, which is key to practice and meditation.
