About Sania
Sania is a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher in Alignment based yoga with certification in Pregnancy Yoga (Pre/Postnatal) and an Advanced certification in Yin Yoga.
I have been teaching since 2018, providing both, in-person and online classes, catering to people of different levels, and age groups.

Experience a mind-body connection through various yoga poses and sequences with cues geared toward your body, needs and goals.
Beginners are welcome.
In Yin yoga, poses mostly include seated and supine which are held for anywhere between 2 to 10 mins. When poses are held for a certain time they begin to target the deep connective tissue between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. It aims to increase circulation in the joints and improve your mobility.
In Hatha/Vinyasa, we focus on the key asanas to help develop strength, and mobility, while creating an awareness and a deeper understanding of the alignment of our body, along with learning to connect to our breath improving our mindfulness.
A typical Hatha/Vinyasa class may include sun salutations, standing, sitting and supine poses, working on strength, mobility, range of movement, and balance, along with breathwork and relaxation.
